Andréa Day, design
Andréa has been designing for twenty-five years, and she's done it from every seat. She was head graphic designer at a summer camp organization, in-house, from 2007 to 2013, running print production and the design team. She was a contract senior designer at a Texas agency from 2015 to 2023, on its commercial, municipal and destination-marketing accounts. She has worked independently the whole way through, as Andrea Lamb Designs.
Her design for a city tourism website won First Place, Best Website at the 2021 TACVB Idea Fair. She co-founded SocialScoreKeeper and designed it end to end. She holds a B.A. in graphic design from Grand Canyon University, magna cum laude.
Andréa understands when a project would benefit from exploring additional concepts and when a more focused approach is best.
Steven Day, engineering
Steven has written software since 2001, when he built a university's content system and its in-house learning platform from scratch. He then spent twelve years running web and digital operations for a regional health system, bridging IT and marketing by holding both roles. He started DayLight in April 2018, and for eight years he has been the technical partner behind a Texas agency's client work, building websites, mobile apps and custom software.
He calls himself a nerd who can throw a football. In practice that means he's as comfortable in a room with your creative team as he is in the code. He builds what the designer drew, and he argues only about technical risk, scope and cost.
Dayton, Ohio
We moved here from Tyler, Texas, in September 2026 and joined AAF Dayton the next month. We work with agencies anywhere, and with the ones in Dayton, Columbus and Cincinnati we can meet in person.
Andréa designed SocialScoreKeeper, the app made by our sibling company, SocialScoreKeeper LLC. Living with an app in two stores keeps us honest about what it takes to maintain one.
